Brighton Schools believes that a quality private school experience should be accessible to all types of students.
Our school offers opportunities for all faiths, races, backgrounds, and national origins. We pride ourselves in providing academic and social experiences for students of varied skill levels. Our students demonstrate abilities in good citizenship, work efforts and positive interactions.
We enroll students throughout the year based on spaces available, on a first come, first serve basis. Spaces may not be held longer than 30 days prior to the first day of attendance in grades/ classrooms that are more than 75% full.
We are pleased to offer an admission system that allows both families and students a personalized approach to enrollment.
How to Enroll:
We encourage parents to make an appointment to tour our facility and to meet our staff. At this time both parents and principal will have an opportunity for an in-depth discussion about Brighton and about the student to determine the fit for both parties. We prefer to hold our tours between the times of 8:30 am -11:45 am on a regular school day so that parents may view a typical day within the specific age group of their student.
On the second visit, we like to meet the student and have them spend the morning with us. This is a required step as it allows both family and school to observe the student within the environment.
When a family decides to officially enroll the student a third and final conversation occurs between the parents and principal. At that time the principal will review the information needed to formally enroll the student. Within this information we will request:
- A completed, front and back, copy of our Enrollment Contract
- Completed student enrollment packet
- Copy of current immunization report
- Info regarding any special education reports or services
A registration/curriculum fee is required to officially hold a students space.
Brighton Schools understands that in today’s world, cost versus benefit is a very real scenario for today’s parents. Our goal is to offer a program that is of the highest quality, and rigorous yet age appropriate curriculum, the best in teaching talent within a secure, all within a loving environment. We want to provide this as a “total package” that is fairly represented in our tuition. The costs to provide a quality education, to a Brighton Private School student, is covered solely through tuition. Over half of the budget pays for salaries and staff benefits. Brighton Schools raises money through fundraisers to augment different programs, facility needs, and updates. Parent participation hours, donations and services definitely play a part of our financial success.
Brighton Private Schools tuition schedules are created to provide ease and limit charges throughout the year. Several schedules are provided that account for students who will attend for only Private School or students who will attend Before and After School too. We offer two tiers, one for families who prefer to pay with cash, credit card, or personal check and one for families who prefer to pay with EFT (electronic funds transfer/ bank to bank). Our EFT is a discounted rate.
We offer discounts for families who have more than one child/ student with the Brighton system, as well as for those families who work for qualified employers. Ask the administration staff to see if you employer qualifies. We also offer tuition discounts for families that opt to pay annually or semi-annually.
Our tuition is all inclusive, meaning we provide what is needed for a student’s basic experience here. We provide all school day used materials as well as cover the cost of meals, transportation, local field trips and much more. Parents of older grades may need to provide field trip monies for those trips that are out of the local area.
Our schedule for Private School is 42 weeks or 10 months. Tuition may be paid monthly, annually or semi-annually. Holiday camp days/ minimum days are optional in attendance and are provided for a one day charge. See Enrollment Contract for more information.
