Are you ready for summer? Join us for 10 weeks of non-stop, crazy fun. Summer Camp at Brighton Schools is an action packed, wet, messy, exhausting time, custom made and planned just for our kids. Enrollment begins in March!
Our Summer Camp goal is simple; we want to provide an experience for your camper that is SAFE, ORGANIZED, FUN, and full of opportunities to build great self esteem and enhance friendships in each and every situation. Our camp is designated to offer new and challenging experiences that can enrich the lives of children ages 5 (completed kindergarten) through age 14 (completed 8th grade) as well as provide “Peace of Mind” for parents of our school.
YOUR GROUP – YOUR FAMILY- All Campers belong to an age appropriate group for the whole summer. The group is lead and loved by two consistent group leaders. Our goal for summer camp is for each child and leader to develop strong bonds and great memories with every person in their group.
FIELD TRIPS - At least twice a week we bust out of our school and take a fantastic trip. One day a week we visit the Folsom Aquatic Center for some sensational swimming. Then another, is a big trip out and about. Some great trips we have planned this year include: Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, The Theatre, Bounce Town, Laser Tag, CSUS Aquatic Center.
COMPONENTS - Great hands on activities await our campers while we are on campus. Our components are based on the weekly themes and are created for campers to have fun with new experiences. Our components are: Art & Crafts, Drama & Music, Sports & Team-Building, Science & Cooking.
SPECIAL ENTERTAINERS AND EVENTS - When we are not on a field trip, or in a component, or swimming, we enjoy fantastic Guest Entertainers and some amazing Special Events. We love to have visitors, so each week we meet someone new. And they always bring something great to see and do. Our Special Guests often involve magicians, DJ’s, animal experts, science demonstrations, dance shows and much more. Brighton summer campers have a great time with parties, carnivals, water play, obstacle courses or scavenger hunts (for example.) Sorry, the snow cones and cotton candy can make for some pretty messy campers.
